Absolutely amazing, completely authentic Italian pizza experience. Everything is done from scratch in the restaurant from making the dough to delivering amazing seasonal pizzas with a smile. It’s a very small place operated by three people so prepared to wait. it will be worth it. Absolutely top notch.

C’est par hasard et sur les conseils enthousiastes d’un couple croisé devant le restaurant que nous avons poussé la porte… Et quelle bonne idée ! Ce petit restaurant familial ne propose "que" des pizzas, des focaccia et quelques salades, mais tout est fait avec amour et ça se sent. Gros coup de cœur pour la pizza Bufalina, savoureuse et généreuse. L’accueil est assuré par une petite dame pleine d’énergie et d’un sourire communicatif, qui donne au lieu une ambiance presque domestique, comme si l’on mangeait chez quelqu’un. Les desserts sont à la hauteur : un excellent gâteau au chocolat et un tiramisu à la pistache fondant à souhait. Un conseil : en haute saison, pensez à réserver, car même en mai la salle était déjà pleine !

L'Armuen è un ristorante pizzeria nascosto tra i caruggi dell'antico Borgo Parasio, Imperia. Il menù propone pizze e piatti tipici liguri serviti in maniera semplice e gustosa. Un premio speciale alla farinata, certamente la migliore tra quelle assaggiate nelle mia lunga carriera ligure! L'antipasto misto è il trionfo dell'orto; una proposta sfiziosa di verdure, in grado di soddisfare anche il palato degli amici vegetariani. Primi di pesce caserecci e, a seguire, un stupendo piatto di pescato del posto cucinato con olive taggiasche, patate, capperi e patate, il tutto bagnato da abbondante vino bianco. Insomma, che dire? Consiglio a tutti una tappa in questo posto speciale per assaggiare e godere dell'autentica cucina ligure!

As the sign reads 'cucina mediterranea & resistenza gastronomica' this is an amazing treat. Great honest food without any of the trying hard in a beautiful part of the old city. The menu is hand written and without exception delicious. The best Imperia has to offer

Un piccolo angolo di genuinità nel cuore del Parasio, L’Armüen è un ristorantino semplice ma autentico, dove Mara e Andrea accolgono ogni cliente con calore e passione per la buona cucina. Qui si mangia davvero bene: la farinata è la più buona di tutta Imperia, croccante e profumata, fatta come una volta. Ma non finisce qui: oltre alle ottime pizze, sottili e ben farcite, il locale propone anche piatti di pesce fresco e specialità liguri, preparati con ingredienti di stagione, molti dei quali direttamente dall’orto. Il menù cambia ogni giorno, in base alla disponibilità e all’ispirazione della cucina, quindi conviene sempre chiedere al momento della prenotazione cosa bolle in pentola! Atmosfera familiare, prezzi onesti e sapori sinceri: L’Armüen è uno di quei posti che ti fanno tornare volentieri. Un bel mix tra tradizione, semplicità e qualità.
